Returns & Exchanges

At KTM Spare Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Place the original tags on the unworn garments and pack them securely in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
